2020 was a year of tremendous growth for Horrocks. We added four new offices, located in Reno, Nevada; Greeley, Colorado; Houston, Texas; and Dallas, Texas, for a total of 17 offices throughout the United States. Several other offices moved to larger spaces to accommodate a growing number of staff. And we added nearly 140 new employees during the past year.
Although much of our staff worked remotely for 10 of the last 12 months, we experienced a 25% increase in revenue and found more ways to share resources and collaborate across geographic regions. This practice led to integrated project delivery and wider talent acquisition.
With a new year underway, we look forward to even more opportunities to serve our clients and communities.
