Horrocks’ Twin Falls lab opened in 2016 to provide clients with construction engineering, testing, inspection, and sampling services. From the Twin Falls lab, Horrocks conducts construction materials testing and inspection services for soils, aggregates, and concrete as well as bituminous products, including hot mix asphalt (HMA), stone mastic asphalt (SMA), and bonded wearing course (BWC). Our Twin Falls team includes dual-certified inspection and materials testing staff with experience providing construction management, inspection, and materials testing services.
