Since 2005, Horrocks’ St. George Office has been providing engineering services to state and local agencies and private sector clients throughout southern Utah, northern Arizona, and southeastern Nevada, including UDOT, Dixie MPO, cities of St. George, Washington, Ivins, Hurricane, Cedar City, Mesquite, and other surrounding areas.
