SALT LAKE CITY (TAYLORSVILLE) PROJECTS
FLAT IRON MESA WELL HOUSE AND PICKLEBALL COURTS
Designed and managed the construction of a well house and pickleball courts in Flat Iron Mesa Park
MOUNTAIN VIEW CORRIDOR, 4100 S TO SR-201
Utility design and coordination with 21 utility entities, including multiple cities, districts (water, sewer), and private stakeholders (power, gas, telecommunications)
CLEARFIELD STATION TRANSIT- ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT (TOD) SITE DESIGN
Provided civil design (transit, active transportation, and roadway elements) for a development based around a UTA FrontRunner Station in Clearfield with tight time constraints to meet the construction schedule
FARMINGTON STATION PARK NORTH
Our design addressed the complex infrastructure needs of sewer, water, and roadway systems expanding Farmington's Station Park. Our innovative approach implemented design phases, allowing the project to move forward more quickly. By breaking the design into phases, our team allowed design and construction to begin in areas not impacted by approvals found in wetland areas
820 NORTH PROVO PEDESTRIAN RAILROAD CROSSING
Design of a pedestrian railroad crossing along 820 North in Provo that included design of lights, gates, and panels for two UTA and two UPRR tracks. Each crossing included design of panels and sidewalks with channelizing per the new standards
SALT LAKE COUNTY SURPLUS LEVEE
Working with the Salt lake County Flood Control to acquire property along the Surplus Levees, our team utilized innovative engineering design to reduce the overall levee footprint acquisition, saving dozens of homes from full takes
