Horrocks’ Meridian office opened in 2004 to provide clients with transportation, construction management, and structural engineering services as well as site and land development services for residential and commercial projects. We have significant experience working with local, state, and federal agencies and private clients. Our Meridian office serves clients across Idaho and its surrounding states, including the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD), municipalities, highway districts, and private developers. In 2020, Horrocks also opened an ITD-certified materials testing laboratory in Meridian to provide local testing services for construction projects.
