Our Albuquerque office opened in January 2016 and provides full planning and design services, utility coordination, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), and construction management. Our Albuquerque team continues to grow, and we now have eight local senior engineers supported by junior engineers and technicians, all backed by 800+ professionals within the Horrocks organization.
