Horrocks has expanded its services to include rail, bringing aboard industry experts with decades of experience in many sectors of the industry. Our team brings extensive expertise to the full suite of rail work, having executed projects, having executed projects for private, public and industrial clients, to at-grade crossings for DOTs and municipal street departments, many in coordination with Union Pacific Railroad. Our engineers are experienced in developing railroad track and transload facilities/sites, and delivering solutions for vital connections to keep things – and people – moving.

Horrocks is one of only eight design consultants in the nation to be authorized by the Union Pacific Railroad. Building on a legacy of more than 100 years, our rail team has cultivated important relationships with both public and private entities and has a thorough understanding of design in a wide range of rail sectors.
