UTAH DIGITAL DELIVERY PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Since 2019 Horrocks has developed data flow and management tools, developed robust digital plan set viewers and field data collection workflows, and integrated digital delivery data flows with enterprise systems for UDOT, helping the department integrate project data with datasets for ROW engineering, third-party utility coordination, and project delivery

As part of the consultant team helping Iowa DOT advance their Digital Delivery Program (DDP), Horrocks is leading the implementation of this process for electrical utilities, sign, and barrier assets for the DOT, including CADD workspace, CADD standards validation, and CADD conversion tool development to support digital construction
